The space
One bedroom and a living-dining room open to the kitchen, which is electric and has no oven. The living room has a Smart TV with Netflix included and an electric heater.
The kitchen comes with a fridge-freezer, microwave, electric kettle and electric burners.
The bedroom has a large closet and heat-and-cool air conditioning. There are two beds we leave joined as a king, or separated as singles: tell us what works for you when you book. Linens are included. The bathroom is full, with a shower.

What guests ask the most
1.1 What time can I check in?
Check-in is between 2 PM and 11 PM. If you're going to arrive later, let us know via WhatsApp and we'll work it out.
2.2 How does payment and the deposit work?
To secure the booking we ask for a 20% deposit of the total stay. The rest is paid on arrival, by bank transfer or cash (pesos or dollars). We don't accept card payments.
2.3 Can I cancel my booking?
Cancellations more than 15 days ahead: full 100% deposit refund. Between 7 and 15 days: 50%. Less than 7 days: deposit is not refunded, but you can reschedule subject to availability.
3.1 Do you allow pets?
In some apartments, depending on size, pets are allowed. Let us know when booking and we'll confirm which units work for your case.
