The space
Two bedrooms and a wide living-dining room. The main one has a queen bed; the second, a single bed.
The bathroom is inside the main bedroom. The kitchen has a gas oven and is equipped for everyday cooking.
It has two heat-and-cool air conditioners: one in the main bedroom and one in the living room.
Like the other apartments, you get access to the shared inner courtyard and the grill.

What guests ask the most
1.1 What time can I check in?
Check-in is between 2 PM and 11 PM. If you're going to arrive later, let us know via WhatsApp and we'll work it out.
2.2 How does payment and the deposit work?
To secure the booking we ask for a 20% deposit of the total stay. The rest is paid on arrival, by bank transfer or cash (pesos or dollars). We don't accept card payments.
2.3 Can I cancel my booking?
Cancellations more than 15 days ahead: full 100% deposit refund. Between 7 and 15 days: 50%. Less than 7 days: deposit is not refunded, but you can reschedule subject to availability.
3.1 Do you allow pets?
In some apartments, depending on size, pets are allowed. Let us know when booking and we'll confirm which units work for your case.
