The space
The largest of the four: three bedrooms and one bathroom. The main one has a queen bed; the second, two beds we leave single or push together as a double; and the third, a single bed. Five sleeping spots in total — tell us how you want them when you book.
The living-dining room is large and the kitchen is open to it, with a gas oven and fully equipped. It also has a laundry with a washing machine.
The two main bedrooms have heat-and-cool air conditioning. Smart TV and fiber WiFi, like the rest of the apartments.

What guests ask the most
1.1 What time can I check in?
Check-in is between 2 PM and 11 PM. If you're going to arrive later, let us know via WhatsApp and we'll work it out.
2.2 How does payment and the deposit work?
To secure the booking we ask for a 20% deposit of the total stay. The rest is paid on arrival, by bank transfer or cash (pesos or dollars). We don't accept card payments.
2.3 Can I cancel my booking?
Cancellations more than 15 days ahead: full 100% deposit refund. Between 7 and 15 days: 50%. Less than 7 days: deposit is not refunded, but you can reschedule subject to availability.
3.1 Do you allow pets?
In some apartments, depending on size, pets are allowed. Let us know when booking and we'll confirm which units work for your case.
